The oil immersed transformers produced by our company are suitable for power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 35kV and below. This series of products has the following technical characteristics:
- The iron core is made of high-quality high magnetic conductivity cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, processed through a fully automatic shearing production line, with high processing accuracy and lamination coefficient, reasonable clamping structure design, and low no-load loss
- The winding adopts high-quality oxygen free copper wire and a new insulation structure, with high insulation strength and mechanical strength, strong resistance to short-circuit impact and heat dissipation ability
- The oil tank structure of small capacity distribution transformers is a fully sealed corrugated oil tank. For power transformers of 5000kVA and above, bucket or bell jar type oil tanks are used, with a plate type radiator structure. Cooling fans can be installed on the plate according to requirements to increase additional cooling capacity
- The development adopts the latest energy-saving and noise reduction technology to achieve high efficiency, high reliability, low loss, and low noise

This series of power transformers has excellent environmental adaptability and is suitable for various medium and high voltage power transmission and distribution projects, meeting the continuous operation requirements under conventional and harsh working conditions. The specific applicable conditions are as follows
- Maximum ambient temperature:+40 ℃
- Minimum ambient temperature: -25 ℃
- Altitude: ＜ 1000m
- Maximum monthly average relative humidity: 90% (20 ℃)
- Installation location: Installed in places without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration, indoors or outdoors.
